CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Missed Appointment Policy 24 hours or more before your appointment: No cancellation or rescheduling fee will apply. Less than 24 hours but more than 2 hours before your appointment: A 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service will apply. Within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment: 100% of the scheduled service fee will be charged. Missed appointments / no-shows: 100% of the scheduled service fee will be charged. By booking an appointment with IV Revive & Glow, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation, rescheduling, and missed appointment policy outlined above. Your card on file may be charged according to this policy.
